Falcon Point by East West Hospitality

This is a really nice condo in a location next to the lake, playground and free shuttle stop. Restaurants and groceries are within walking distance. The staff is attentive, kind and present. Our studio was clean and we were grateful we could have the window open. It says the studios have full kitchens, but there is not a full size oven. I was able to cook a 8x8 homemade lasagna in the toaster oven with some extra time. The sheets and bed were really comfortable which we loved. Loved all the biking and hiking we could do around there! Speaking of that... Some folks were not very kind in the garage with their bikes. This includes parking their bikes on the racks in a parallel fashion which prevented others from using it and moving other people's bikes around with no regard for how they were placed. The garage is a tough spot. I wouldn't want to take a super low clearance car down the ramp or park a long car down there, but folks have successfully done it. Don't have a bike rack on top if you want to use the garage. The clubhouse is a nice place to hang out in, both inside and outside. They really keep the place up. We appreciated getting to borrow some decks of cards. Funny thing though is that there are faded signs that look like they once said alcohol not permitted beyond this spot. But now they are just pictures of alcohol. I overhead a kid say "why are there pictures of alcohol here" The sauna was not working when we arrived but was working when we left.

Very happy with our stay here at falcon point. It’s in a great location near the park and lake and close to the public transportation here in Avon. The one bedroom we stayed in accommodated us nicely and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was missing a coffee pot, but when mentioned to the front desk it was immediately provided. We would love to stay here again.

We were really pleased Falcon Point. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Answered our questions with ease. A nice Continental breakfast was provided on Saturday. The condo we stayed in was well appointed with lots of resources, plates pots and pans and appliances. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were both out of service and we stayed here with the hopes of enjoying these. It would have helped if we were advised that these weren't available and we may have chosen a different location. Regardless, we felt we had good value for money. Just didn't get to use all the amenities.

Great hotel. I can't think of anything negative about our experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rafael was amazing. He did a great job communicating. Also the new lady, I think Elisa(?) was also great. However, Jenny, had horrible customer service. She was rude and condescending. We checked out the pool table balls and returned them 2 min late. And boy….did we hear an earful. She said we should have read the entire booklet when we checked in. Also, check out is at 10am. We got out of the elevator at 10:09am. And again..we were rudely reprimanded. Outside of her, and the reason this is 4 stars, not 5, all was great.

The location is everything! Sits on Nottingham lake. Current Google photos does not due this place justice. I advised the front desk that they should update them. Not the Waldorf but comfortable and clean. No central air but that's common in the area. Ceiling fans and open windows were plenty to keep the place cool. Well worth the visit.

It's pretty nice and clean not quite hotel but pretty much behaving like one that has a wonderful recreation area that includes pool and hot tub and pool table tennis table and more. I recommend this place

Great stay. Place was clean staff was super friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Beautiful views. Great clubhouse and heated pool. We went swimming in the snow. Everything you could need is less than a mile away. We will absolutely be returning.
